Naturally great food also features very highly on his list of loves … as does the Manchester music scene and a bottle of great red wine … Chateau Neuf Du Pape or Amaroni being particular favourites.

Barry shares his passion for SUBURBAN Green with by his highly talented chef, Kerrie Hacquoil.

Kerrie is an incredibly creative, enthusiastic person and shares the same values as Barry … her family being top of her love list. Her skill in creating amazing food … from a traditional Sunday Roast to delectably designed mini-cakes and desserts is second to none!
